Hungry Deluga is a food decision engine that helps you discover recipes from social media content, plan meals, generate shopping lists, and follow guided cooking instructions.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use the Service as a guest or create a registered account.
  • Guest accounts have limited functionality and data may not persist across sessions.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission

5. Content & Recipes

Recipes extracted from social media content are provided for personal use. We do not claim ownership of original content. Users are responsible for verifying recipe accuracy and food safety.

6. Third-Party Services & YouTube

Our service integrates with YouTube API Services. By using Hungry Deluga, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access to your data via Google security settings.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arcalab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
